Students
All students are gifted individually by God. These gifts include different learning styles and strengths. Instruction will be taught to three levels to meet the different needs of students. Students will be expected to maintain performance at an appropriate level for a given class. Expectations of responsibility will be monitored through a citizenship system that will rank student level of responsibility in areas such as: preparedness, homework completion, timeliness, dresscode, behavior, participation and community service. |

Parents
Following a biblical model, parents play the main role as advisor helping to mold a student's learning environment. Parent's have the ability and responsibility to keep up with their child's progess. Each parent has a password to enter Zion's Gate which is a portal to information regarding their child. Each middle and high school student is assigned an advisor as their homeroom teacher who will be responsible for primary school - home communication. |

Team Structure
Students in middle school or high school are on an academic team. This means that students on the same academic team are in class together and share the same teachers. These teachers meet three times a week to discuss the students. Middle school teams have at least two core teachers and high school teams have up to six. | |
